Delighted to inform our members and the guests of Whitehead Golf Club that we have added to our offering of non-alcoholic beers available from the bar.

From next week Estrella Damm 0.0 will be available on tap as an alternative to our bottles of Heineken Zero and our cans of Guinness Zero.

Saturday was a great day of friendship, fun, family and fundraising at Whitehead Golf Club’s President’s Day.

Our Club President, Mr John Elliott, provided a wonderful selection of golf prizes for our competing golfers.

John was at the course at 6:00 am to raise the Club Flag, he treated his guests with food and drinks at midday, he entertained his family and friends for dinner and finally was one of the last to leave the evening of prizes and entertainment in the early hours.
After a deserved lie in, he was back at the Club on Sunday to welcome the Stranraer Golf Club players at the annual club fixture.

John raised a substantial amount of money for his nominated charity “friends of the Cancer Centre”. (Final total not in as yet)

Congratulations John and thank you for everything that you do for the Club, it is very much appreciated. A great day was had by everyone and we wish you success and enjoyment for the remainder of your 2026 year as President!!

Many congratulations to the Whitehead Golf Club Ladies who won the East Antrim League Golf Trophy.

Playing 8 rounds of matches against other East Antrim clubs, the Whitehead ladies came up trumps, amassing a wonderful 50 points total from all of their games.

In teams of 5 and playing individual match play, the Whitehead Ladies were represented over the 8 rounds by a broad selection of players from the Club.

A great achievement and honour for the Club and for those involved.

The East Antrim League Trophy will be presented to Whitehead Golf Club on Finals Day in September.
