As a mark of respect the gym will be closed tomorrow!!!

It is with great sadness that Carmarthen ABC has to announce the passing of the creator and Club owner Mr David Maskel.
Dai started the club in 1977 having served the British Army and being a member of the Army Boxing Team.
Over 46 years of dedication Dai had many achievements such as being named welsh Club of the year and training many boxers to become Welsh Champions and also taught 100s life long skills.
Dai was actively involved with the Club right up until the end and will be sorely missed by the Welsh Amateur Boxing Association and all that had the pleasure of knowing him.
Please send in any photos of Dai and the Club over the years as a sign of our appreciation and a mark of respect to Dais lifelong dedication.

Well done Ifan Evans and Ben Howells, representing Carmarthen ABC at the West Wales Box Cup final over the weekend. Both did extremely well, in which Ifan’s bout could have gone either way
