We travelled to face Yett farm in a lunchtime kick off and came back with a bit of a reality check after last weeks flying start

Things looked positive when Jack gave us the lead in the first half with a great free kick but despite hitting the post twice and having an effort that might have been over the line we couldn’t get a second and were picked off at the other end

Well done to Yett Farm, no doubts that the best team on the day won but we will be back 💪

Today’s meet the team are two of the hardest workers in the squad

At #5 we have Mason. Mason is another who played for Milton in younger age groups and came back in at the start of our 11 a side journey

Number #31 is Stas. Stas joined us when we were at a low as a team and helped spark us back to life- and he loves a tackle 💪

Today on meet the team it’s our two summer signings- #6, Sean and #12, Ethan

Both boys started their football journeys with Milton Rovers and both went on to be successful with other teams so we are delighted to welcome them back into the Milton family and are sure they will help us improve in the year ahead 🔵🟡

Today’s meet the team focuses on two heroes of yesterday

First up we have #15, Owen. Owen rejoined Milton just before summer and on his first start yesterday got a goal and an assist

We also have our #11, Khaleed. We are sure that Khaleed has magic in his boots at times and he showed it yesterday with just the 2 goals and 3 assists 🤩
