Biblical day this morning with the rain also soul sapping sand under foot but you wouldn't change a thing. Especially when I beat Lou 🥳 she did say she was just taking it easy but it didn't look like it 🤭 🙄

been a busy week of activities this week, starting of with a fell walk and wild camping on Tuesday/ Wednesday then home for the castle 5k on Wednesday night and finishing of the activities with Bass-tri on Saturday. A poor swim over 3mins down on last year's time but very happy with the bike and run. 12th over all and 4th in my age category.

Family hike up Rave crag, a short one but very challenging gradient up .
