Men’s training tonight at 7pm!! All welcome.

Busy morning! Dan,Graham,Joel, Ross, Josh and Majko (with Rosemary and Theo lending a hand) down the Club doing essential pre 8’s and pre season work.
First up the monumental task of insulating the loft with the insulation kindly donated by The Rebuild Site CIC. Literally hand sawing every piece to fit was some workout. Joel and Josh were up in the hottest part fitting it all and we’re sure it will make a massive difference this winter.
Then Majko has been busy building in a permanent bar ahead of the 8’s snd the season. We’re fully licensed for the tournament and working on our club licence so we can provide refreshments to visiting lacrosse and cricket teams.
See you all in two weeks time, individual players who want to come, play, stay, but don’t have a Club that recognises the benefits of supporting the Northern domestic competitions, contact us, we have options! It will be a great weekend.

In addition, the news is correct, Borders are back in NLL this year, kicking off in League 1A with the following fixtures and locations for the first half of the season. If you would like to play with us, then drop us a message (Manchester based who aren't committing to a Club for all games as well).

Summer training is currently on Wednesdays at Cotehill Park. Come on down and have a go! Season runs from late September and in winter we train under floodlights at William Howard School (day to be confirmed).

🏆 The North teams claimed bragging rights after two wins in the 2026 North v South matches on Saturday.

Having been revived after a more than 40-year hiatus, the 2026 North v South event featured matches including players aged 35 and older (Masters) and 45 and older (Grand-Masters).

As we move into the next phase of the Club house works with Irthing Vale CC we just want to say a massive thanks to CPM building and joinery for donating chairs and tables to the Club. We operate on a tight budget and it is the support of people like Chris for their continued support, they are a fantastic company. Thanks also to James Ewart for transporting.

Just over two months until the Norths premier lacrosse event, Border 8's 2026. This year we have entertainment, a licensed bar, food and the usual ton of fun lacrosse! £175 per team which is still the best bang for your buck with free camping Friday through Sunday. Just ask anyone who has attended how much fun it is!

We are looking for Masters, Grand Masters and above for the revitalised North vs South match on August 15th. If you are over 35 and wanting to be involved contact either Dan Clements or Graham Teal to get put on the group chat and team lists. We are particularly looking for masters players. You have a couple of weeks before we finalise things so get in touch.
