Just a little reminder that our new dedicated karate class for 4–6-year-olds starts Wednesday 16th September at 5:15pm at Dalston Recreational Centre.

This class has been specially designed for our youngest students, with a focus on:
🥋 Learning new karate skills,
💪 Building confidence and coordination,
🏃 Staying active,
😊 Making friends,
🌟 Having lots of fun in a friendly and supportive environment.

If you know a little one aged 4–6 who might enjoy karate, we’d love for you to share this post and spread the word.

We’re excited to announce that we’ll be starting a dedicated class for 4–6-year-olds from 16th September! 🎉 at Dalston Recreational centre on Wednesdays.

This class will be designed to be fun, engaging, and age-appropriate, helping little ones build confidence, learn new skills, stay active, and have lots of fun in a friendly and supportive environment.
