Massive Welldone to all my Currock Clubbers tonight, I hope you all enjoyed the new tracklist. What a blast. I loved looking out over the class and seeing everyone singing their heads off, having a laugh with the people around them and smiles on faces will never get old to me. Thankyou aswell to Sarah for a little help with one of our new wildcard tracks and for starting the warm up while I nipped for a pre class wee.

If you weren't in this week, dont panic I have your band/team ready for you next week! :)

Whether youre 13 or 75 there's something for everybody in our new tracklist.

🎶Clubbercise is renowned for its 90s and 00s clubland tunes, while thats still the case weve branched out into disco remixes of old school classics like young hearts run free & new current tunes from bebe rexha & Becky Hill. 🎶

💃Clubbercise is made for people who dont want to be seen exercising, because ITS IN THE DARK! but also because we have 3 levels of impact for each move so you can take it at your own pace. You dont have to be fit to start. And we have ladies and gents of all shapes sizes and fitness levels who all love to exercise in disguise

🥳Which brings me to the fact that there is zero judgement in our classes. If you cant do the moves we encourage you to freestyle until you can, noone will bat an eyelid. You dont have to be in sync or perfectly coordinated. Everyone is too busy learning the steps themselves to be busy judging anybody else. Were all just there to have the best time. As long as youre moving thats all that matters.

💅Our classes are Instructor led, which means I do all the thinking for you, all you have to do is show up and follow the moves as best you can. No scary gym equipment, no intimidating stroll into a weights area full of men (Im not bashing that by the way, I for one love the gym but I know when i first started I was terrified that I didnt actually know what to do & that everyone was looking at me) with Clubbercise the workout is set for you. There are no egos and its a super fun environment in which to make new fitness friends.

💛Not only do we have a new tracklist so you wont feel like the newbie but TEAMS means everyone will be put into a colour group and given a band for their team, with fun fitness challenges aswell as team building & a chance to get to know people who come to class so you dont feel like youre on your own, also brilliant for knowing others if your friend is ever off one week, TEAMS adds an extra fun element that you just dont get at any other fitness class.

💙TEAMS means personal goal setting, generating buzz around the room, friendly competition between teams but also points and what do points make? .... prizes!!!

💚Im excited to get this started so if youre on the fence about joining its literally the perfect time. Its about to get a lot cooler, much darker & with new songs you wont feel like a newbie as everyones in the same boat.

Kids are back to school this week too, so its time to get yourself back on the dancefloor and reclaim some kid free time back for yourselves 💃 to keep yourself fit healthy happy and work on your goals.

September = fresh starts, new routines… and back into the swing of things, keeping up those great habits started before summer.
