Please keep an eye on your inbox tomorrow for an important member update regarding the 2026 Cardiff Half Marathon.

The email will include details on how eligible members can access a limited allocation of guaranteed entries for this year's Welsh Half Marathon Championships on Sunday 4 October.

Places will be available on a first-come, first-served basis and demand is expected to be high.

What is the 100 Club? R4W gives 100 free spaces into the Cardiff Half Marathon each year for first time runners to encourage activity or for people to use the event to improve their health and wellbeing.
