Massive shout out to our girls Leah Macdonald and Maya Jama for their tremendous efforts yesterday, with 52 Sunday Dinners being rolled out!
They worked their socks off in a well toastie kitchen to!

All customers enjoyed, with the only complaint being we were too cheap for the quality of Dinner served!

Big upgrade for the club! Our changing room showers now have private access straight from each team’s changing room and a partition for privacy—perfect for all our players, including women and juniors. Huge thanks to the WRU for supporting us with a grant! The club’s looking after our own. The Welsh Rugby Union

Ground breaking day for Development rugby today, sees a combined Llandaff North and Pentyrch RFC 2nd XV take on Pontyclun Rfc 2nds at Pontyclun.
This opportunity gets lads much needed game time as both clubs have struggled with numbers to get a 2nds out this season
