Your Neighbourhood, Your Body, Your Gym! We're an independent gym with a love for lifting, fitness, martial arts and training of all kinds.

Packed with lots of locals, our members do everything from competition powerlifting, body building, triathalons and rugby to just keeping themselves fit and strong. We're particularly keen on introducing women to lifting. We have a great team of Level 3 qualified staff to help you with training and diet.
