Kicking things off on Saturday is Abersoch Triathlon! ๐ŸŠโ€โ™‚๏ธ Set against the stunning backdrop of Abersoch Bay, this beach based event is renowned for its fantastic atmosphere and unique terrain. With both Sprint and Olympic distances on offer, itโ€™s no surprise that this exceptional race is a many people's favourite. Best of luck to everyone taking part!

On Sunday, the first race of The SHARKS Junior Gower Aquathlon Series heads to Oxwich Bay ๐ŸŒŠ With its beautiful beach and generally calm waters, it provides the perfect introduction to open water swimming for our younger athletes. We wish all competitors the very best for what promises to be a fantastic day of racing!

Also taking place on Sunday is The SHARKS Oxwich Bay Open Water Swim ๐ŸŠ With three distances to choose from, swimmers have the opportunity to experience Sprint, Middle Distance and Long Course swim distances in one of Walesโ€™ most picturesque locations. Itโ€™s set to be a brilliant weekend in Oxwich Bay.

Pob lwc to all athletes racing in the second race of the Parc Bryn Bach Aquathlon Series this evening! ๐ŸŠ

Set in the beautiful surroundings of the Welsh valleys, the race comprises a 750m lake swim followed by two laps of the lake, totalling 5k for a nice flat run. A fun, friendly and relaxed mid-week event. Good luck to all racing! ๐Ÿ‘

Llongyfarchiadau i athletwr! The Welsh Triathlon Super Series came to Porthcawl on 14 June for Stage 2, where athletes tackled a challenging Standard Distance race ๐ŸŒŠ๐Ÿšดโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ

It was a day of exceptional performances, with Matt Grantham (02:00:02) and Rhian Roxburgh (02:19:32) both setting new course records to take impressive victories. Strong racing across the field saw tight podium battles and new names making their mark.

Llongyfarchiadau i athletwr ieuenctid! It was a memorable day of racing at the Cardiff Junior Triathlon on Saturday, as more than 200 young athletes took part in Stage 5 of the Welsh Junior Race Series ๐Ÿ™Œ

Racing at the iconic Maindy Velodrome provided a unique opportunity for many competitors, alongside exciting performances and closely fought battles across the categories. With strong results helping shape the series standings, there is still everything to play for in the weeks ahead.

A huge thank you to Cardiff Junior Triathlon Club, volunteers, and officials for delivering another fantastic event. ๐Ÿ‘

We're excited that Llandudno Standard Duathlon on 28 June has been selected as a World Standard Distance Duathlon Qualifier!

If you're hoping to secure a qualifying place, make sure you:
โœ… Hold a valid Welsh Triathlon or Home Nation membership
โœ… Register your intent to qualify by 5:00pm on the Friday before the race
