What a fantastic couple of days supporting delivery at the Admiral Games!

It was brilliant to see 16 teams compete across a wide range of sports, including para sports; Wheelchair Basketball and Boccia - an action-packed event full of inclusive sport.

A huge thank you to everyone who took part, Cardiff Met for their support with Wheelchair Basketball, and the great team of Admiral volunteers who all helped make the event such a success. Thanks again for the invite!

Am gwpl o ddiwrnodau gwych yn cefnogi cyflwyno yng Ngemau'r Admiral!

Roedd yn wych gweld 16 tîm yn cystadlu ar draws ystod eang o chwaraeon, gan gynnwys chwaraeon para; Pêl-fasged Cadair Olwyn a Boccia - digwyddiad llawn cyffro yn llawn chwaraeon cynhwysol.

Diolch yn fawr iawn i bawb a gymerodd ran, Met Caerdydd am eu cefnogaeth gyda Phêl-fasged Cadair Olwyn, a'r tîm gwych o wirfoddolwyr Admiral a helpodd i gyd i wneud y digwyddiad yn gymaint o lwyddiant. Diolch eto am y gwahoddiad!
