One of my favourites: a girl walked into Wednesday's class in Cowbridge. First time ever dancing. Came completely on her own.

She loved it so much, she was back the very next night at our Latin Revolution on Thursday in Cardiff. Did the classes. Danced till the very end. One of the last to leave. 🙌

Last week we opened the doors at our brand new home on the hottest day Cardiff has seen in years.

Red heat warning. 40 degrees. The kind of night most people write off entirely.

And you know what? The room was buzzing. 🙌

People came out anyway — cooled off in the air con, hit that beautiful new wooden floor, and danced Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba and Reggaeton till late.

🕖 The good news on timing — the Met Office forecast shows temperatures dropping thru the evening into the night. By the time classes start at 7pm and we get later into the evening the worst of the heat will have passed and will continue dropping.
🚗 If you're driving — make sure your car is cool before setting off and have water with you.
🚌 Public transport or walking? — take it easy, stay in the shade, wear sun cream and take your time getting here, have water with you.

Once you're in? Air con. Cold drinks. Great music. You'll wonder what you were worried about.
