Thinking about hiring a coach? Is it worth it?
In my opinion it’s definitely worth it if:
✨ you are stuck in your training and have stopped making progress
✨you are overwhelmed with information and don’t know where to start (this could be as simple as buying an ebook, not necessarily hiring a full on coaching service!) ✨ you are wanting to learn new skills but not sure how to fit that type of training into your workout schedule
✨ you are not super disciplined and need that extra kick from someone 😅
✨ you are a very busy gal and just want one less decision to make each day, you need someone to tell you what when and how 🙌

Really enjoying creating these simple workouts for you at the moment 🙌 it’s helping me to stop overthinking my own training and just move my body! I’ve just not been feeling my training lately if I’m being completely honest.. I think it’s the winter I just do not want to train! So doing these at home workouts have been so fun 🥰
Hoping to get back to my normal training too soon, but in the meantime let’s just have some fun and build some strength together 🫶

Try this at home or at the gym! If you don’t have parallettes you can use anything that gives you a little height boost off the floor, chairs, plyo boxes, big kettlebells 🙌

How to shoulder stand 🤸♀️💪🏼
Don’t rush the process, get yourself a nice strong base and a tuck hold before trying to open out, and PLEASE don’t invert completely- you will fall on your back 😂
