We’re excited to introduce our Mini Athletes class, designed especially for children aged 5 to 7 years and coached by our fantastic coach Iris!

Through fun, game-based activities, children will be introduced to the fundamentals of athletics while developing essential skills in running, jumping and throwing

Our sessions help children build a strong foundation of athletic skills that can be used across all sports and throughout life

⭐ Learn the basics of athletics
⭐ Develop running, jumping & throwing skills
⭐ Improve coordination, confidence and athletic ability
⭐ Work towards individual targets
⭐ Make friends and have fun!

🏅 MINI OLYMPICS! 🏅

What a fantastic session bringing the Olympic spirit to the community! 🎉

I had the pleasure of running a Mini Olympics session for United Welsh Housing Association as part of their Community Engagement Scheme in Llanbradach this morning

With team challenges and friendly competition the session was all about getting active, building confidence, connecting with others and, most importantly, having fun! 🙌

A huge thank you to everyone who got involved and brought such great energy to the session. 💪✨
