Week 2 of our 8-week block and today’s session with Coach Jolie focused on vaulting and rebound! 🏃🤸‍♀️

Whether you’re a complete beginner, returning to gymnastics after years away, or looking for a new challenge, our Adult Gym sessions are open to all abilities and ages 💜

It’s been amazing to see friendships forming, confidence growing, and everyone encouraging each other to step outside their comfort zones and try something new.

A huge well done to everyone who attended tonight, we can’t wait to see what Week 3 brings! 💜

At Cardiff Olympic Gymnastics Club, we are passionate about providing a safe, fun, and inspiring environment where gymnasts of all ages and abilities can learn, grow, and achieve their potential.

We are raising funds to purchase a foam pit – a vital piece of equipment that allows gymnasts to learn new skills safely, build confidence, and reduce the risk of injury while training. Foam pits are used by gymnastics clubs across the country to support progression and create a safer training environment for everyone. (Crowdfunder UK⁠)

As a community-focused club, we work hard to keep our sessions affordable and accessible for local families. Large equipment purchases like this are a significant investment, and we need your help to make it happen.

Every donation, no matter how small, will bring us one step closer to providing our gymnasts with the facilities they deserve. If you’re unable to donate, sharing our fundraiser would mean the world to us.

As many of you know, we are currently fundraising for new equipment and a purpose-built foam pit that will benefit gymnasts of all ages and abilities. This exciting addition will help us provide even safer training opportunities and support our gymnasts as they develop new skills and confidence.

We have several fundraising initiatives running, including:

💜 The COGC Hang Challenge
💜 Quiz Night on 26th June
💜 Squishes available in the COGC Shop
💜 Our In-House Comp SUMMER SIZZLER ☀️

Every contribution, no matter how big or small, helps us move closer to our goal.

We are also looking for local businesses that may be interested in supporting this project. If you own a business, work for a company, or know someone who may be interested in sponsoring our new pit, we would love to hear from you.
