🔹The difference? A coach helped her reset her position by dropping her hips slightly, creating a stronger line from head to heels and encouraging better core engagement.
🔹It might seem like a small change, but good technique helps you get far more from every exercise.

🔹 Another Cardiff Three Peaks finisher!
🔹We were delighted to receive this photo of our client Elinor and her husband at the finish line, along with this message:
🔹”What an amazing day, very tough, but I put all my B Fit training to good use!”
🔹One of Elinor’s long-term goals has been to get fit enough to say “yes” to challenges glike this. And that’s exactly what she’s done.
🔹The warm weather definitely added an extra challenge, but they dug in, kept going and crossed that finish line together.
🔹It’s a brilliant reminder that the work you put in at the gym doesn’t just stay in the gym. It gives you the confidence and capability to do more of the things you love outside of it, too.
🔹Massive congratulations to you both, an incredible achievement.

🔹A massive shout-out to Mike, Jez and Jan (and her son!), who set their alarms early this morning to take on the Cardiff Three Peaks Challenge! 💪
🔹The challenge sees participants conquer three of Cardiff’s best-known hills in a single outing, covering plenty of miles, some tough climbs and rewarding views along the way.
🔹While the temperatures had eased from eagrlier this week’s heat, the sunshine was still making everyone work for it!
🔹Judging by all the smiling faces in the photos, it looks like they enjoyed!
🔹Congratulations to you all on a fantastic achievement. Well done! Rest up and recover well!

🔹We’ve had a steady stream of 300 Club announcements recently, and every single one comes with its own story. Today’s is no different…
🔹Huge congratulations to our lovely long-term client Sue, who recently picked up her 300 Club T-shirt in the studio.
🔹Sue has been training with B Fit for several years, and in that time, life has certainly not stood still. The number of grandchildren she has has doubled, her schedule has become busier than ever, and yet she has continued to make time for herself and her health.
🔹For Sue, training isn’t just about exercise. It’s about headspace, consistency, feeling stronger, moving better, and managing some of the aches and niggles that can come with a few more miles on the clock.
🔹Through all of that, she has shown up, kept going, and reached an incredible 300 sessions.
🔹Sue, it has been a pleasure supporting you with your training and goals.

🔹This week we were delighted to welcome Elin from the Velindre Cancer Centre to the studio to present a cheque for £2,907.50 – the incredible total raised from our 10 Workouts in 10 Hours charity challenge, including Gift Aid.
🔹A huge thank you to everyone who took part, donated, cheered us on and supported the day. The generosity of our clients, friends and wider community never fails to amaze us.
🔹We’re incredibly proud to be able to support a charity that means so much to so many people in our community.
🔹Thank you again for helping us turn a very long day of workouts into something truly worthwhile.
