Lovely 'Move it or Lose it' session at Ely Court Care home in Cardiff today. Singing and dancing whilst exercising to our favourite tunes. Continuing to keep our muscles strong and joints flexible is so important as we age. We also work on reflex and hand eye coordination. Message me if you know a Care Home or community group that would be interested in having a taster session ( half price offer £20)
