We’re excited to launch our brand-new Friday Fitness sessions from 11th September at Llanishen High School 3G!

Two sessions. One time. Something for everyone.

FAMILY FIT – Parent + Child Fitness
Train together, have fun together and get fitter together! A fun mix of circuits, challenges, games and activities for parents/carers and children.

And the best bit? Your child has a choice!
They can join in with you for Family Fit OR take part in our kids’ football session running alongside while you enjoy your workout.

YOUTH FIT – Ages 8–16
A high-energy session combining fitness, strength, speed, agility and challenges — designed to build confidence, improve fitness and have fun.
