What a journey these lads have been on the this season, from being on the brink of folding due to rules and regs to making the final of the Cardiff Cup yesterday narrowly beaten by the cup holders.
The sheer grit and determination these lads showed yesterday will spur them on for redemption in their final year of junior rugby and bringing the cup back to where it belongs!

Well what can we say, it was a tough day, nerves are shot but the lads have dug deep and believed and came away with the win in the final stages. Huge well done to each and everyone of them.
Commiserations to a well organised Llandaff side.

Today the lads welcome Brockworth RFC to Cardiff Arms Park this afternoon 1st meeting for both sides which is sure to be an excellent display of rugby and great preparation ahead of the Cup Semi Final next weekend.
