What a journey these lads have been on the this season, from being on the brink of folding due to rules and regs to making the final of the Cardiff Cup yesterday narrowly beaten by the cup holders.

The sheer grit and determination these lads showed yesterday will spur them on for redemption in their final year of junior rugby and bringing the cup back to where it belongs!
