HYROX NO-RUN ENGINE 🟢
Treadmill taken? Track closed? Doesn’t matter — this one keeps the engine screaming with zero running.
The ergs do the work the runs normally would, so you’re rowing and skiing your way through ten stations back to back. Same brutal effect, none of the impact — perfect for a rainy day or when your legs need a break from pounding.
The row-to-ski combo drains your legs and lungs at the same time, then the stations finish the job. Pace the ergs and don’t redline early.
Give it a go and drop your time below 👇 tag your training partner so they can suffer with you.

How much running do you actually need for a HYROX? Less than you’d guess — but it has to be the right running.
The honest answer, no fluff:
→ Running is 50%+ of your race (60%+ if you’re a slower runner)
→ Train by TIME, not distance — a race lasts 90–120 min, so build the engine to last
→ Most of your running should be EASY (Zone 2). Most people run their easy days too hard
→ The 3 that matter: long easy run · intervals · compromised running
→ Compromised running (running on tired legs straight off a station) is what actually wins races
→ Protect your joints with low-impact volume — Bike Erg, rucking, rower, ski
Know your numbers, then train them. That’s the whole game.
📌 Save this for your next block — and send it to your HYROX partner.
