A couple back and forth laps of the bay πββοΈ before a 110k loop of the route π² and 18k of the run taking in two loops of the course π

This week we had Gary and the team from to do some sweat testing for our athletes π₯΅ π¦ π§
With Garyβs knowledge and insight we now have race plans going in to Ironman Wales and know what sodium concentrations to have in our drinks, plus a fuelling strategy for the race too!

Maddy has been the definition of hard work paying off with sea swimming through winter, 6 hour swims in Croatia and 100x100m sessions just part of her training, which also including turning up religiously to our club swim sessions & coached tank sessions!
Something tells us she enjoyed this far too much for this not to be her last swim challenge ππ»ππ»ππ»
