A lovely morning in Pontcanna today; a big welcome to the 15 new players who came along to the taster session! It was great to see so many girls there for our new U12s team and to join or current U14’s A huge thank you to Nia Fajeyisan for coming down to help with the session. Remember, there’s another one next Sunday! Come along and join in the fun! Just bring your trainers…a dyna ni! ❤️💚

What a fantastic day at our annual presentation celebrating this wonderful Under 8s team! We are incredibly proud of every single player and all they have achieved this season. Well done everyone 💚

Diwrnod gwych yn ein cyflwyniadau blynyddol yn dathlu’r tîm gwych hwn o dan 8 oed! Rydym mor falch o bob un ohonynt a’r hyn maent wedi’i gyflawni y tymor hwn. Da iawn bawb 💚

Braint oedd hi i gael chwaraewyr hen a newydd o’n hadran dynion a merched i gyflwyno ein gwobrau ddydd Sul diwethaf. Rydym yn ymfalchïo yn y ffaith ein bod erbyn hyn yn cynnig llwybr clir i fechgyn a merched o D6 i’r adrannau hŷn. Roedd cael arwyr ein clwb ni yno ar y dydd yn arbennig. Diolch i Harri, Ellis, Cai, Dafydd, Gethin, Ifan, Laura, Alaw a John am eich amser.

It was a privilege to have former and current players from our men’s and women’s sections present our awards last Sunday. We take great pride in the fact that we now offer a clear pathway for boys and girls from Under-6s through to the senior sections. Having the heroes of our club there on the day was very special. Thank you to Harri, Ellis, Cai, Dafydd, Gethin, Ifan, Laura, Alaw and John for giving your time.

Couldn’t be prouder of this lot. What a season! They took to contact rugby like ducks to water. We’ve had so many incredible experiences this season and are so excited to see them develop further. Thank you so much to all the parents for their continued support 🏉

A lovely afternoon celebrating the end of a fantastic season for our D14 girls. These girls have developed so much throughout the season, and with another year at D14 level ahead of them, we’re excited to see what next season brings, especially with our first experience of cup matches. A huge thank you to Alaw and Laura from the senior women’s section for coming to present our awards and for their continued support. Un clwb 💚❤️
