Very up & down season for me personally. Set backs, crazy hands and fitness levels at an all time zero. But I managed to rack up a fair few big tackles, got put on my arse ONCE (still feel like I’m in the ground) and eventually made it to that try line ✨

First game back & NO STOPPING US CRUMPETS 🏆

Such a close game against our faves “Anne Ballin”. Every quarter got better & better and really was the best game we’ve had in a very long time. We managed to get that win with just seconds to go but more importantly our Layla made her debut and SMASHED IT! Defo gets it from her mum 😜

No 1 & Done 🏆

End of the season & we finally finished at top spot. What started off as a social, quickly became a league full of pure talent and a lot of competition. Competitive is the Crumpets middle name because without fail we play like we want to win every game & this season IT PAID OFF 🥇

3 weeks ago I was blowing out my backside, lost all aspect of my fitness & ended up on the floor outside gasping for my life, fast forward and I’ve managed full games even with mangled fingers thanks to my CRUMPETS 🙋🏽‍♀️
