☀️ Walking Tennis Hub Festival! 🎾

Yesterday we were delighted to host our Walking Tennis Hub Festival, bringing together players from Canterbury, Biddenden and Broadstairs for a fantastic day of tennis, sunshine and plenty of fun!

We had a competitive 16-player tournament running alongside a friendly 8-player mix-in, giving everyone the chance to get on court and enjoy some great matches.

Congratulations to Julia & David from Broadstairs, who took the tournament title after overcoming fellow Broadstairs pair Jane & Barry in a closely fought final! 🏆👏

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us, particularly our visitors from Biddenden and Broadstairs, for being such a lovely bunch and for bringing along the delicious cakes and nibbles — very much enjoyed by all! 🍰😋

A brilliant day of tennis and fun. We’re already looking forward to the next one! 💙🎾

Last week, our Academy players and coaches headed down to Wi******er for their annual trip to compete in the Grade 3. 🎾

A brilliant few days of competitive tennis, great matches and plenty of fun both on and off the court. Most importantly, lots of fantastic memories made together as a group. 💙

Trips like these are what junior tennis is all about — competing, learning, supporting each other and enjoying the journey along the way!

Huge congratulations to Holly and Alice, who finished runner-up in the U11 Doubles at the Meopham G4 Summer Open 👏

Holly also took the U11 Singles consolation title, making it a fantastic tournament all round. 💪🎾

🏆 WIMBLEDON NATIONAL FINALS — 5TH PLACE! 🎾

What an incredible few days for Coach Adam, finishing 5th at the Wimbledon National Finals! 👏

After nearly 10 hours on court battling through some tough matches, this is his best finish at the event, improving on 7th place in each of the last two years. A fantastic achievement and a brilliant reward for all the hard work that has gone in over the past few months.

A big thank you to Coach Charlie for all his hard work, support and commitment throughout Adam’s journey — and for being there to support 👏

Well done James who travelled to Chesterfield for the recent Learning Disability tournament. James won both the singles (Div 5) AND doubles (Div 4) titles

James trains twice a week and regularly attends matchplays to challenge himself, congratulations on your hard work paying off 👏👏👏

Work is back underway as we continue transforming the site to make way for our brand-new padel courts. Every step brings us closer, and we can’t wait to welcome you all to play.

We’re aiming to open later this year, so keep an eye out for more updates as the courts start to take shape. The countdown is on! 🙌
