We’re excited to be back for another season of specialist goalkeeper & forwards training at Match Winner Academy! 🧤⚡️

🧤 PRIMARY SCHOOL AGES | 5:30PM–6:30PM

Goalkeeping can be one of the toughest positions on the pitch — and young keepers often don’t get the specialist attention they need during team training.

Our primary sessions are about much more than just making saves.

⭐ Build confidence
⭐ Make new friends
⭐ Learn the fundamentals of goalkeeping
⭐ Develop handling, footwork, diving & distribution
⭐ Train in a positive environment where mistakes are part of learning
⭐ Specialist forwards coaching also available

SECONDARY SCHOOL AGES | 6:10PM–7:10PM

Our older group provides a more advanced, performance-focused environment for ambitious goalkeepers and forwards looking to take their game to the next level.

The pathway is already producing results, with three MWA goalkeepers progressing into semi-professional men’s football, alongside players representing at county level and within high-level youth football.

Sessions focus on:
⚡ Advanced goalkeeper techniques
⚡ Game-realistic practices
⚡ Decision making under pressure
⚡ Position-specific physical & technical development
⚡ Specialist finishing & forward play
⚡ Preparing players for the demands of senior and elite football

🚨 SUCCESS STORIES | MATCH WINNER ACADEMY 🚨

We couldn’t be prouder of three of our senior goalkeepers who have taken the next step in the men’s game. Their journeys are proof that dedication, consistency and hard work pay off. 👏🧤

🧤Lewis Bartlett – Joined Match Winner Academy at U14 and has now signed his first professional contract with Dover Athletic (Step 2). A fantastic achievement and a testament to years of commitment.

🧤Eddie Rees – One of our longest-serving goalkeepers, having been with the academy since day one. Eddie has signed for Hawkinge Town (Step 7) and now also gives back by coaching the next generation of goalkeepers at Match Winner Academy.

🧤Zach Keeble – Has signed a development contract with Whitstable Town (Step 4) and will continue his development on loan with Faversham Strike Force (Step 5) for the 2026/27 season.

These are brilliant milestones, but they’re only the beginning. We can’t wait to see what comes next for all three.
