~ Monday 6:30-7:30pm. Gentle yoga. £6. A slow paced practice.

~ Tuesday 5:15-6:15pm. Kids yoga. £6. A fun, mindful class for children aged 9-16 years.

~ Wednesday 10-10:45am. Chair yoga. £4. Seated yoga, accessible to all.

~ Thursday 6:30-7:30pm. Hatha yoga. £6. A deeper, flow based class.

Hi everyone,

As requested, I will be hosting another workshop in Hersden Community Centre.

We will dive into some lovely pranayama practice, move through a grounding flow before allowing ourselves to soften with a yummy relaxation.

Places are limited and there are only a few left. Price is £30 with a discount for those who attend my regular weekly classes.

It is with a sad heart that I must announce I will no longer be teaching in Old Wives Lee's.

This decision has not been made lightly but it is the right decision moving forward.

I have absolutely loved teaching these classes and have loved supporting and helping the local community.

It is not a goodbye, simply change.
