Great day on Sunday with Uncle Ben Poppleton coming and teaching a great seminar, as always knowledge level is unreal and everyone loved the session. Thanks to everyone for supporting, we really have the best team in the world in my opinion ❤️.

A couple of promotions too with coaches Simon Belcher receiving his black belt from myself & Alex Brown receiving his black belt receiving his from Ben aswell as Paul receiving the 1st degree on his black belt.

As always I appreciate the support from Ben, Roberto Lima & the team 🖤
