Birches Valley Gymnastics Club Birches Valley Gymnastics Club is a 4 piece womens artistic gym club based in Cannock.

We have classes for everyone from 18 months old in pre school sessions, up to 18+ years in adult sessions! Here at Cannock we train young girls from the age of 4 onwards, in recreational levels, through development and then onto competition level. Not only do we pride ourselves with high level training but we also love to have fun! Please feel free to have a look at any photos and videos uploaded on our page, send us your pressing questions and share your achievements.

This session is unstructured so you are able to work on what you want, with coaches around to help out. No experience needed.
No booking required, just turn up on the day!

As the gym has been getting to 30 degrees and doesn’t seem to be cooling down any time soon, just a quick reminder:
☀️Please make sure your child brings a drink to every session
☀️Make sure appropriate clothing is being worn - shorts and tshirt/vest etc. (not long sleeve leotards)
☀️Tell your child to ask their coach if they are getting too hot as they are allowed to take as many breaks as they need throughout the session

Also please let us know if your child will not be attending their session over the summer holidays ⛱️

A big well done to all of our gymnasts/coaches that competed at the Adult British this year!
It was an incredible weekend and some amazing performances from everyone involved👏

Novice Over 18
~ Keisha - 3rd bars & beam and 9th overall
~ Liv - 8th beam, 4th floor and 11th overall

Intermediate Over 18
~ Catherine - 4th floor, 14th bars and 18th overall
