BIGGEST WEEKEND OF THE YEAR 💥

This weekend all that training gets put to the test in two of the best environments imaginable.

We’ve got 30 OSP members and coaches heading up to District L in the Lakes, while Jon and Luke travel to Sweden to take on the HYROX World Championships.

We’re incredibly proud of everyone who’s thrown their name into the mix, committed to the process and put the work in over the last few months.

Because all of our coaches are competing this weekend, we’ve had to make a few temporary changes to the timetable:

FRIDAY
• Morning sessions as normal
• Gym closes after the 9:30am WOD
• Reopens at 5:15pm for the 5:30 Partner WOD

SATURDAY
• No Open Gym
• Endurance Class: 9:00–10:30am

SUNDAY
• Closed

We apologise for any inconvenience, but we’re busy flying the OSP flag high this weekend.

Normal service resumes on Monday.

Good luck to everyone competing. Let’s have a weekend to remember. 🤝

10/10

There could only be one winner of the 10th hour and it turns out it was the team who played the game the best.

Didn’t send it at any point, kept their composure and made it count on the last lap. Huge congrats to everyone who took part, the teams that made laps 1-9 so much more interesting and everyone who completed 50k!

See you in October for solos 😍

The final round of ergs
A marathon ticked off
The leaderboard for rounds 1-9 finalised
The psychological battle of still sending another 5k to either try and win or say you’ve completed it.

Who wanted it enough?

8/10

Zilch, nada, finito - was the common theme in reference to people’s legs.

40k’s in the bank, marathon on the horizon, all still to fight for.

The response to The 10th Hour Solo has been incredible today.

14 of the first 15 tickets have already gone.

When we launched the event, we intentionally held back 6 of the 21 places. We expected a strong response from the lads and wanted to make sure the women who were considering it had a fair opportunity to get involved too.

So for the next two weeks, the remaining 6 places will be reserved for female entrants.

If you’re a woman who’s been sitting on the fence and wants to take part, drop us a message and we’ll get you booked on.

If any of those places remain after two weeks, they’ll be released for general sale.

We’d love to see more women take on the challenge. 💪

THE SOLO HOUR

4th October 2026

Same challenge.

Same suffering.

No teammates.

Just you.

The Solo Hour takes everything that makes The 10th Hour special and strips away the safety net.

For 10 consecutive hours you’ll complete:

🏃 5km run on the hour, every hour

🚣 3km Row / ⛷️ 3km Ski / 🚴 6km Bike Erg rotating throughout the day

Then, after 9 hours of work…

The 10th Hour arrives.

One final all-out 5km race to decide who takes the crown.

No drafting.
No sharing the workload.
No hiding.

Just you against the clock, your legs, and the voice in your head telling you to stop.

This isn’t an ultra.
It isn’t HYROX.
It isn’t a marathon.

It’s something in between.

A test of pacing, resilience, nutrition, decision-making and your ability to keep showing up when every part of you wants to sit down.

21 athletes.
1 winner.

Second rotation coming to end, the first time the finish line looks nearer. Running is very much a team game now.

Tickets go live for our solo event this Friday 5th June.

The distances are exactly the same. The format in terms of leaderboard are exactly the same. We will have a male and a female winner in both.

Sunday 4th October.

See you on the start line.

“What class should I start with?”

It’s probably the question we get asked most.

The answer?

It depends on what excites you.

Want to get stronger and fitter across the board? ➡️ WOD

Love running, ergs and HYROX style training? ➡️ HYROX & ENDURANCE

Want a fun, sweaty workout without worrying about complex movements? ➡️ SWEAT

Fancy mastering the barbell and getting seriously strong? ➡️ BARBELL CLUB

The truth is most of our members end up doing a mixture of everything.

Different classes.
Different challenges.
The same supportive community.

Whatever your starting point, we’ll meet you there. 🤝
