Huge run from our physio Henry Fisher today at the British Athletics Championships in Birmingham.

He won a very tactical heat and secured his place in tomorrow’s final.

And yes, that is his celebration face.

Can't believe it is has been a week already since I took this one to the church. Then in between athletics competitions in Stoke and Birmingham, and 3 days at a conference in London.

So if we have not got back to you as quickly as we would like....apologies. Then to top it all off, we seem to having an issue with our phone line.

Another early morning at CrossFit Telford 💪
