it took a while to realised you had been sexually violated - and if you do you have to straight away

abuse happened when two people are in relationship, family, partnerships or friendships, and one of them if not two of them by law is fill the condition of an adult.

when two non adult having a fight - it just called a child fight, it is not called as abuse.

when its physically intetnionally harm one of them, child trial procudurr however does exost - to some extend to some condition.

violence are when two people in contact and one of as a result of those contact impacted as being injured, physically, emotionally, intellectually.

organised violence when the culprit who did the harm are more than one person and connected to one another, and the victims can be a person and or a group of people.

with the changes of the legal system in the world, technical abuse/crime is fit the definition as stated above (the difference of abuse or violance/crimes) although nowadays all called as crimes and punishable with imprisonment. when the threshold is high, crimes sometime does not need to be sentenced in court but rather straight into the imprisonment and then overviewed by certain judges such as high court/supreme court. This sometime happened in indonesia for physical crimes and financial conducts crimes or organised crimes.

while most crimes involving physical violence giving laceration marks most of the time at ones body, r**e and sexual assault is the most difficult to have a threshold to be put in court, let alone to be charge in criminal court. Similarly with the coercive control - the damages are much more prolonged as the evidence are the least easy to acquire let alone to be verified as a sufficient evidence in any preceding.
