Reflections: Day 3 in the books at Donington Park 🏁

Another brilliant weekend with British F4 all wrapped up. From the walk down the grid to the podium celebrations, days like this are exactly why we do what we do supporting drivers, teams, and the volunteers who keep it all running smoothly trackside.

Huge congratulations to the teams on another strong result this weekend.🏆👏

Had a brilliant time this afternoon recording an episode of Graftcast at Bloxham with Hugo at The Pod Collective® . 🎙️

We dug into questions and spent the episode unpacking my entrepreneurial journey; the wins, the twists and turns, and everything in between that you only really understand once you’ve lived it.

There’s something different about telling your story out loud rather than writing it down. It forced me to reflect on the moments that actually mattered: the decisions that felt small at the time but changed everything, and the lessons that took far longer to learn than I’d like to admit. Oh and… Van Morrison 🎶.

What a day at Donington Park! 🏁
Spent today with the Motor Industry Association and British F4, right in the heart of the paddock action — from garage walkthroughs with the teams to catching up with brilliant people across the motorsport industry.
But the real highlight? Rounding off the day delivering an online seminar for the officials and volunteers who make motorsport happen every single weekend.
These are the people who rarely get the spotlight — marshals, officials, volunteers giving up their time to keep drivers, teams and spectators safe. Motorsport simply doesn’t run without them. It was a privilege to spend time sharing knowledge and hearing their questions and experiences from the front line.
Grateful for days like this — a reminder that behind every race, every checkered flag, every podium, there’s a small army of people powering it all from the sidelines.
Thank you to everyone at Donington today, and to every official and volunteer who joined the seminar this evening — your dedication doesn’t go unnoticed. 🙌🙌

Jason builds the tech in the background from building booking forms and certificates to automations, so that Carla and the team can focus on what they do best. The Tony Stark of the operation.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗺𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄: He once attempted to cycle around the world. Solo, unsupported. He got ten months in before a bus driver ended the trip for him. He’s not bitter about it. Much.

𝗢𝗳𝗳 𝗱𝘂𝘁𝘆: Beaches, hiking, and getting properly lost in the jungles of Indonesia. Jason switches off in a hammock somewhere humid, surrounded by things that bite.
