As Autumn looms and summer concludes, much fun was had on the tennis courts today in the Grand Slam event where members competed and enjoyed each others company on and off court once again. What a fun way to meet new faces in club and create new communities.

🏋️ YOUNG ADULTS IN THE GYM 💪

We love seeing our younger members building confidence, getting active and learning how to train safely! 🙌

Here’s a quick reminder of our gym guidelines:

🟢 Ages 8–10 — Able to attend Family Rebels Classes led by our instructors

🟢 Ages 10–13 — Gym access with a parent/guardian after completing a Start Up induction and receiving a green wristband.

There are some restrictions on which equipment can be used at each age, so please check before getting started.
