Reviews like this are exactly why we love what we do. ❤️

Anna joined Level Up looking for great coaching and a better training experience, and since then she's become a brilliant part of our community.

For Anna, it's been about more than simply getting a workout in.

It's the combination of small group training, individual attention, proper technique and coaches who genuinely care about your progress.

And seeing her feeling healthier, getting stronger and making progress with the lower back pain that had been bothering her is what matters most to us. 🙌

A massive thank you to Anna for the kind words and for trusting Luke, Darryl, Will and the rest of the Level Up team with your training.

We're lucky to have you with us! ❤️

If you're looking for the energy and community of group training, without feeling like you're just another person in a packed class, come and see what our small group coaching is all about.

What does strength training actually look like for a young footballer? ⚽️

Here’s Annabel, 17, working through some upper-body strength and mobility training with Will.

For young players, the goal isn’t just to lift heavier.

It’s about building useful strength without sacrificing movement.

Upper-body strength helps you protect the ball, compete shoulder-to-shoulder and stay balanced through contact.

Mobility helps you use that strength while still being able to move freely, change direction and get your body into the positions the game demands.

Put the two together and you’re building a stronger, more mobile and more capable athlete.

That’s exactly what Annabel is working towards here.

If you’re looking to up your game next season and become stronger and more mobile on the pitch, get in contact to book your free consultation.

Meet our new coach, Theo 👋

To introduce himself, Theo’s taking you through a simple mobility routine you can use to keep moving while you’re away on holiday.

No gym.

No complicated equipment.

Just a few movements you can work into your day to keep your body feeling loose and moving well.

Mobility is something Theo places a big emphasis on in his coaching — helping you move more freely, train more effectively and keep your body feeling good whether you’re in the gym, playing sport or just going about your day.

So if you’ve got a holiday coming up, save this reel and give the routine a go.

You’ll also be seeing plenty more from Theo as he shares more of his training, knowledge and coaching with us over the coming weeks.

Welcome to the team, Theo 🤝

Strength training for football isn’t just about building bigger legs. ⚽️

Annabel, 17, getting some upper-body strength and mobility work in with Will as part of her training.

For young footballers, there’s a balance to strike.

You want to become stronger without sacrificing the mobility and movement you need on the pitch.

Upper-body strength helps when you’re protecting the ball, competing shoulder-to-shoulder and staying balanced through contact.

Mobility helps you actually use that strength effectively — moving freely, getting into better positions and maintaining good movement as the physical demands of the game increase.

That’s why the goal isn’t simply to lift heavier weights.

It’s about building a body that’s strong, mobile and capable of handling what happens on the pitch.

For young athletes like Annabel, developing those foundations early gives them something solid to build on as they progress through the game.

If you’re looking to up your game next season and become stronger and more mobile on the pitch, get in contact to book your free consultation.

After a C-section, getting back into training isn’t always as simple as just walking into a gym and picking up where you left off.

For Hesther, that journey came with another challenge too: scoliosis.

So when she started training with Will, the goal wasn’t to rush.

It was to rebuild.

To gradually get stronger.

To learn what her body could do again.

And most importantly, to feel confident again

Now, Hesther says she feels stronger, more capable, and far more confident in her body than when she started.

And that’s the part people sometimes miss about training.

It’s not always about what you see staring back at you in the mirror.

Sometimes the biggest transformation is feeling your body getting stronger underneath you… and beginning to trust it again.

🎥 Hear Hesther talk about her experience training with Will in the full interview.

Going away doesn't mean your training has to disappear with you. ☀️💪

Coach Luke has put together a simple lower-body holiday workout you can do with minimal equipment, whether you're at a hotel, in an apartment or squeezing in a quick session before heading to the pool.

Give these four movements a go:

1️⃣ Single-Leg Heel Glute Bridge - 20-60 seconds hold, 2-3 sets

2️⃣ Kick-Stance Hinge Lunge - 8-12 reps, 2-3 sets

3️⃣ Lateral Lunge - 5-10 reps, 2-3 sets

4️⃣ Single-Leg Calf Raise - failure, 2 sets

A simple combination to work the glutes, hamstrings, quads and calves while challenging your balance and control.

No complicated setup. No full gym needed.

Just a quick lower-body session to keep you moving while you're away. 🙌

Save this one for your next holiday and give it a go!

Mobility training isn't just about being more flexible.

It's about helping your body move better, feel stronger and giving you more confidence in everyday life. 🙌

Here’s Annette working with our coach Luke on her mobility, building strength and control through movements tailored specifically to her.

At Level Up, we don't believe in throwing everyone through the same programme.

Luke takes the time to understand how Annette moves, where she needs support, and what she wants to achieve, then builds her training around that.

Because improving mobility isn't about forcing yourself into uncomfortable stretches.

It's about developing the mobility, stability and strength to move well and keep doing the things you enjoy.

Great work, Annette! ❤️

Sometimes progress starts with believing something might be possible again. ❤️

Lisa-Maria originally came to Level Up for support with her postpartum recovery, working closely with Darryl to rebuild her strength and confidence.

More recently, she's been working with Luke on a long-term knee injury that had previously left her believing running might no longer be an option.

There's still work to be done, but for the first time in years, Lisa-Maria feels hopeful that she could get back to running again.

And that means a lot to us.

At Level Up, our approach is always built around the person in front of us. We take the time to listen, understand where you're starting from, and create training that supports your individual needs and goals.

Thank you for trusting our team, Lisa-Maria. We're proud to be part of your journey and excited to see where it takes you next. ❤️

📩 If injury, pregnancy, or time away from exercise has left you unsure about getting back into training, send us a message to find out more about our 1 to 1 coaching.

This one means a lot to us. ❤️

In this reel, Greg shares what being part of Level Up has meant to him, and hearing him say how comfortable he now feels walking into the gym is something our whole team can be proud of.

Because for some people, stepping into a gym for the first time isn't easy.

It can feel intimidating. You might worry about being judged, not knowing what to do, or feeling like you don't belong there.

That's why we've always wanted Level Up to feel different.

A place where you know the coaches. Where people say hello. Where you can be yourself, enjoy your training, and feel like you're genuinely part of something.

Greg, we're incredibly grateful for your words, but we're even more grateful to have you as part of our community.

We're proud of you too. ❤️

And to every member who helps make Level Up what it is, thank you.

There was a time when simply walking around without knee pain felt a long way off for Tom.

After undergoing two knee replacements, getting back to normal movement wasn't something he took for granted.

In this reel, Tom shares his experience of rebuilding his strength after his operations and how training at Level Up has helped him regain confidence in what his body can do.

Today, he's back to walking around pain-free and enjoying the freedom that comes with being able to move comfortably again.

For us, that's what training is really about.

It's not always about lifting the heaviest weight or chasing numbers in the gym. Sometimes it's being able to go for a walk, play sport, stay active, and do the everyday things you enjoy without worrying about your body holding you back.

We're incredibly proud of how far you've come, Tom, and grateful to have you as part of the Level Up community. ❤️

If surgery, injury, or pain has knocked your confidence with exercise and you're unsure how to get started again, send us a message to find out more about our 1 to 1 coaching.
