LPB Fitness is a private industrial gym situated on the Porte marsh industrial estate in Calne. It’s a safe and friendly place to workout with a no intimidation factor. It’s well equipped and you won’t be surrounded by loads of people thanks to our amazing booking system. You can choose from three different memberships or contact me for personal training if you are looking for some extra help.

Found this old video of Leo doing his first chest press machine 💪🏻 Must have been about a year ago. Fast forward and he’s now started school, so he has way less time for exercise now! He’s just way too busy 🤣🤷🏻‍♂️

My sweet Nan passed away peacefully this morning. I have posted a lot about her over the years and you all know what an inspiration she is to me and my family. The strongest and most resilient person I will ever know. The things she’s had to endure and overcome throughout her life would destroy most people, but she got up everyday and did what she had to. She loved the simplistic things in life, never wanted for much and just wanted to be around her family. She would have climbed any mountain for us and we will never forget what she has done for us. This was the last Christmas we got to bring her home from the care home and we danced to her favourite love song ❤️ 104 years old ain’t too bad nan, rest easy now, you’ve earned it ###

Air conditioning going in 🥳 The gym will now be fully air conditioned! We will be a fully air conditioned, 24 hour gym with a class studio and a private sauna/shower recovery suite. We will be like a mini David Lloyd 🤣🤷🏻‍♂️

Right here’s two updates for you.

The first one is in October the gym will need to be closed for a weekend (Saturday & Sunday) whilst the gym under goes a professional industrial clean. All of the equipment, walls, bathrooms, flooring, beams etc will be professionally cleaned and will be gleaming for our members after.

The second one is seeing as I’m not in the gym so much these days and my office isn’t used as much, it will be turned into a recovery/shower room with infrared sauna. This is booked in for the end of November. This will act as a recovery suite that can be booked privately for 45-60 mins.
