We had the pleasure of welcoming the men of Perform Training to The Great Hall!

Recently relocated from Caerphilly Workingmen’s Hall to their superb new unit at Pontygwindy Industrial Estate, James and Steve have done a magnificent job creating a gym that reminds us very much of The Edge Gymnasium — that old-school training vibe brought to life in a modern setting! 💪
