Today was chest day and unfortunately I hadn’t done my hair so couldn’t film anything.
But on a positive note we got to use our new but old cybex chest press

Hey gang not long now ( aug 20th) and our very posh 😮💨 new member access system will be fitted which will work through your apple wallet or android equivalent.
If you would like to join the gym now you can train from today and we can set you up once the system is fitted we are currently
6am( ish ) - 8pm mon - fri
Saturday 7am - 4pm
Sunday 9am -4pm
And then 24hr going forward
Same again next week !!!
