Inclusivity is what we do. Everyone should be included in our sport, right down to the equipment we use, which can be expensive.
A little while ago, we put out a shout for sponsors for some new training tops, complete with velcro π
So, we want to give a massive shout out to Valleys Valet wales, Solliden Limited and Roseblade Media for supporting us and helping with funding for tops π
Without support from local businesses such as these, we couldn't do what we do. Thank you! π©΅π

Whatever you are doing today and over the next few days, stay safe in the heat, and remember to drink plenty of liquids π₯΅π₯€
Here are a few points from the http://Gov.UK website π
π‘ if you are going to do a physical activity (for example exercise or walking the dog), plan to do these during times of the day when it is cooler such as the early morning or the evening
π‘ keep your home cool by closing windows and curtains in rooms that face the sun
π‘ drink plenty of fluids and limit your alcohol intake
π‘ check on family, friends and neighbours who may be at higher risk of becoming unwell, and if you are at higher risk, ask them to do the same for you
π‘ know the symptoms of heat exhaustion and heatstroke and what to do if you or someone else has them
π‘ Try to avoid direct sunlight, especially between 11am and 3pm when UV levels are highest
π‘ If you are going out during this time, cover up with suitable clothing, wear a wide-brimmed hat and sunglasses, seek shade and apply sunscreen liberally and re-apply frequently
