Meet Tony 👋

As we continue introducing the people behind PCF Training & Consultancy Solutions Ltd, today we’re introducing Tony F**t, our CSCS Development Officer.

Tony brings over 40 years of experience working with people, customers and clients, along with strong communication skills and a natural ability to build positive working relationships.

At PCF, Tony supports candidates through the CSCS process, helping them understand what’s required and feel prepared for their test. He also works closely with clients to understand their requirements and make sure we provide the right support.

Friendly, hardworking and dependable, Tony is someone people can easily talk to and rely on. He takes the time to listen, understand the situation and find practical ways to help.

His experience and practical approach make him an important part of the PCF team, supporting both our candidates and clients and helping things run smoothly behind the scenes.

𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗟𝗮𝘂𝗿𝗮 👋
We’re continuing to introduce the people behind PCF Training & Consultancy Solutions, and today it’s Laura Stansbury our Client Liaison Officer.

Laura is a hugely valued member of our team and plays an important role in supporting both our candidates and clients. With fantastic communication skills, a positive attitude and a genuine ability to build strong relationships, Laura has developed a great rapport with everyone she works with.

She’s hardworking, approachable and always willing to help, bringing a calm and practical approach to everything she does.

Laura joined PCF with a background in veterinary practice management and has continued to develop both personally and professionally during her time with us. She has gained qualifications in Emergency First Aid at Work, Mental Health First Aid in the Workplace Levels 2 and 3, and her Level 3 Award in Education and Training.

Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending time with her growing family and her grandchildren, who keep her busy and bring her endless joy.
