Ongoing works at fenchurch street project, 10 weeks to go !!!

This project is nearly finished. A massive thank you to the delivery team for all the hard work. What an amazing outcome.

BACK IN BIRMINGHAM.
This time around we are fitting out the basement level. We have already completed the 5 floors above as part of another phase of works. This job is a full British Gypsum specification. Forming new classrooms for an adult learning center. Updates to follow.

Thought we would post some start date pictures here to give a true reflection of progress along the way. This is gonna be a 35 room hotel right in the heart of the city. Uspec are doing the complete fit out. All walls, ceilings and joinery works. Today we start site temporary set up and we are building toilets to the basement as part of the welfare facility. We will continue to update stage progress pics.

This is some shop fit out! The new store on Regent Street. Awesome place to be working this time of year. It’s a monster of a job on 2 floors. Uspec are doing all walls and ceilings inside including supply and fitting of bespoke 1 off metal mesh ceiling made specifically for this client. Some progress pictures so far.
