Scrum Through Time ⏮️

This week, we look back to the 24/25 County Cup Final against Lichfield under the Battlestead lights.

We saw off our local rivals 22–19 in front of a packed crowd at Battlestead Croft. The game had it all — flair, passion and a great trophy lift! 🏆

This weekend, we hope to retain the County Cup for the 12th time, taking us up to second in the all-time Staffordshire County Cup leaderboard.

We hope to see as many of you as possible at Stafford Rugby Club on Saturday to cheer on the boys! ⚪️⚫️

Burton Colts Shirt Sponsor – Wilkins Estate Agents ⚪️⚫️

We’re delighted to announce that Wilkins Estate Agents are sponsoring the Burton RFC Colts this season! 👏

Wilkins Estate Agents came to the club in the summer and asked to become a shirt sponsor for one of our teams here at Burton RFC. The Colts were a perfect match for them!

But their support didn’t stop there. Wilkins wanted to invest even more into the club.

Their generous support went towards the upgrades to the new dugouts across the ground. As a club we always want to improve our facilities for all teams, over the summer the grounds team have been busy making concrete bases, replacing the plastic panelling and giving them a complete makeover, finished off with our new “Home” and “Away” stickers. They’re looking the part! Wilkins Estate Agents investment went towards funding some of this !

We’re absolutely over the moon with the support Wilkins Estate Agents have given us and look forward to working with them throughout the season.

This is a fantastic example of a local business supporting grassroots rugby and helping us take the club to the next level.
