👓 Lost Glasses at Memorial Park

One of our young players left their round, black prescription glasses on the top pitch last night.(Monday evening)

It is with great sadness, that we hear of the passing of Roger Richards, a former coach of Burry Port RFC. Roger came to the village, having played for Pontypool RFC, and passed on his vast knowledge and experience onto our players.
He was an assistant coach in our centenary season (1980-81)and progressed to be our head coach the following season. Roger also coached the Llanelli Schoolboys, and helped to nurture the rugby talent of our current head coach Gareth Gravell. Roger brought humour and laughter to each coaching session. Juniors Rugby is back!
2 good games down the Park today as our U11s ( 12 noon ko) & U15s ( 1pm ko) teams welcome Beddau RFC .
Pitch side cafe will be open selling refreshments and also post Match BBQ back at the Club Beer Garden.

Tough shift for all three teams today! But we keep moving forward 🖤

Can we ask all supporters to respect the Car park signs by the bowls club and not not park in the Bowls club spaces. There is plenty of other parking around Club. Thanks
