The unit is open to anyone to come along and have a brew, a cake and a natter.

Just another way to bring the community together. It’s so good to support each other!

Tom has a history of stroke, and over the past few months we’ve seen him achieve so many of his goals and make fantastic progress.

We’ve had another busy and rewarding week, filled with:

We also had Math join us for work experience last week. It was an absolute pleasure having you as part of the CareFit team, Math! 🌟 We hope you enjoyed your time with us and wish you all the very best of luck in your future. We’re sure you’ll do amazing things! 👏
