A huge congratulations to Septembers Member of the month Alison Seedall. 🎉🎊🏆💕

You're doing great, keep going! 💪🏋☺️

"My journey with St Peter’s started many years ago, when the gym first moved here. I loved the classes and instructors back then, but unfortunately I had to stop going for several years due to health problems. This had an impact on my fitness, weight and confidence. But about five years ago, I found the confidence to come back, and I’m so glad I did and would encourage anyone to make this step.

Since returning, I’ve worked hard to rebuild my fitness, attending classes such as spin, pump and balance regularly and pushing and challenging myself along the way. The instructors are supportive and encouraging, which has helped me keep going. Coming to the gym has become a really important part of my life and helps me both physically and mentally.

I also love the community spirit. I’ve met many friendly people and genuinely look forward to coming every day. For me, St Peter’s isn’t just a gym — it’s a friendly, supportive community that has helped me regain my confidence and become fitter, stronger and happier."
Alison.
