YES the royal Surrey hospital and Royal marsden hospital are getting on board with infusion and exercise. Was at a seminar last Tue. So in the not so distant future you will see exercise bikes ON OFFER in chemo wards. I have been saying this for years. Diagnosis, surgery, rehab is like 3 busses all coming at once. So us lucky ones are the fit ones. We can cope with sometimes brutal treatments. It's never too late to give ourselves the best survival chances. See you at either triangle or dolphin. Triangle Mondays 1.30 OR dolphin Fridays 1.30. We are specialised cancer rehab trainers. Just come along n we will organise a booking if you like the classes.

It's so great to be still teaching fabulous fitness friends. Yes have made new friends along the way , but pilates on Friday triangle 6 to 7pm AND 7.15 to 8.15pm. Wensday 60+ fun balance n strength, behind M&S, 2.30.
Also now cancer rehab classes 1.30 triangle. So even though time moves on its great to still be in touch with class friends I have taught for nearly 40 years almost. Still learning and brain mapping the body to keep strong.

Well here we are again. Treatment continues for us all. The brain MAPS 11 systems in your body. Guess what blurs the map. Yes chemo or other cancer treatments or just inactivity. Motion REALLY is lotion. Not just intensity but precision exercise, done at your own pace. Clearing space n time for learning. There is no right or wrong just come along and meet our wonderful LOCAL cancer rehab class . Triangle 1.30 Mondays studio 2, with me. Or Dolphin 1.30 Fridays with Annie. We are both specially trained to give you exercise alternatives for balance ,strength, rom, leading to more energy. Just come along and we can refer you to nhs free classes

Hi cancer rehabilitation class and any one on diagnosis, treatment, n post. YES we have class 1.30 at triangle this BANK HOLIDAY Monday. Of course family comes 1st so will see you following Monday, but if you have that hour free ,come along . See what we do , join in . Yes oncology teams are now seeing the benefits of exercise along side of treatment. I'm back on treatment again today thanks to exercise my blood count recovered with out injections. Stay strong cos motion is lotion.

I'll be there tomorrow Monday at the triangle 1.30 cancer rehabilitation class. My bloods were not right for treatment last Friday. So it was delayed a week. Its funny really , we can be very upset at having chemo put off,as it goes against our plan , follow up scans appts etc. We all know that feeling, when your in a bubble like ours, from time of diagnosis. All our plans so unique and vital. But the joy class gives me for 1 hour, I concentrate on the fun we all bring to class. Thankyou to our friendly class in studio 2.

Hi again weekly blog, it's obvious what my garden needs. What we all need . Water. It's a combo we can't do without. So much connects us all. Cancer diagnosis is a shock to our systems. We need to be be gentle , yes, but hide away? No
Come out on Mondays to triangle 1.30 , no matter what your cancer, let's get together and work on getting some energy back into our systems,. Motion is lotion.

Cancer rehab class , hi again . Was my second Friday treatment, chemo ward, gentle band exercise while infusion, helps circulate. Also our get together classes 1. 30 on Mondays triangle , nhs recognised, specially trained instructors. Doable movement ,to stimulate systems of the body, giving energy. Motion is lotion.### come and see us studio 2.

Hello from me, again back from hols and back on sixth chemo treatment, still looking for the one, like a romance ( actually I've got him 🤣)
You can see during infusion gentle exercise in the chair, very beneficial for circulating chemo, and buying precious time. Infact on diagnosis, pre n post surgery, treatments, all cancers benifit from doable exercise, done at your pace by qualified instructors. Come and add tools to your toolbox.Monday's at triangle and Fridays at dolphin, nhs referrals, if you fill out our forms you can have classes nhs free. Hope to see you friendly helpful group.

REMEMBER NO class this monday 27th july. But back on next monday 3rd aug. Hence this week sayin hello from sunny 🔥 hot Spain. Lucky to be in villa with pool and air con. Heaven to be with family the best tonic we all need. Its been proven that a doable controlled exercise class can give you tools in your toolbox. Become Aware of core strength, give you a little more energy.
