💥 A massive shout out to Marc Hughes, New Quay, Ceredigion, aged 62, who had his prostate removed two years ago. Incredibly, he recently shore 644 sheep in one day and donated his earnings (£867) to Prostate Cymru. 🥵
Marc completed Tenby Ironman 5 years ago whilst also raising money for charity. 💪
He is not only super human, he is also super generous.
