We’ve just launched our brand-new Fit Life Moray app alongside an upgraded booking and membership system.

The new app will make it easier than ever to:

October 🍂🍁Crash Course lessons. Booking opens this Sunday 4th October at 6pm .

Unfortunately KEITH SWIMMING POOL will be shut temporarily until everywhere has been cleaned up and made ready to re open

⚠️ We can confirm there was a fire at the swimming pool at Keith Sports & Community Centre this afternoon (Sunday 27 September).

The fire has now been extinguished, but the facility will remain closed until further notice.

Further updates will be shared as they become available.

A gentle, feel-good class designed to release tension, improve flexibility and leave your body feeling relaxed and refreshed. Expect slow, controlled stretches, mindful movement and plenty of time to breathe and unwind.

🧘🏾‍♀️ Yoga Flow Class - 19h00
A flowing yoga class combining movement, breath and strength. Move through a creative sequence at a steady pace, building mobility, balance and body awareness while finishing feeling energised, grounded and refreshed.
