We’re delighted to formally unveil the latest addition to Sartan Golf, our very own limited-edition Sartan Golf Spiced Rum, produced in collaboration with Bristol Rum Distillery and Dead Man’s Fingers.

A limited batch of branded bottles has been produced exclusively for Sartan Golf, but there’s an even limited batch in particular that money can’t buy...

Returning to Sartan Golf for Season # # , Andy has wasted no time reminding everyone exactly what he’s capable of.

A hugely popular member of the group, Andy has enjoyed an excellent season so far, producing a string of impressive performances across both society events and knockout competitions.

Playing with confidence and consistency, he’s once again shown he has the game to challenge anyone in the field, regardless of handicap.

Off the course, Andy’s easy-going nature and great sense of humour make him a pleasure to spend the day with. On it, however, he’s fiercely competitive and more than capable of taking down Sartan’s elite golfers when the opportunity arises.

With his form continuing to build, don’t be surprised to see Andy feature prominently as the business end of Season # # approaches.

One of the newest additions to Sartan Golf for Season # # , Charlie arrives with plenty of excitement and even bigger expectations.

As the son of Sartan favourite Scotty McCarthy, golf, good humour and a competitive streak clearly run in the family. Thankfully, it looks like he’s inherited the golfing talent too!

Already settling into the group with ease, Charlie has embraced everything Sartan Golf is about, becoming a popular face both on and off the course.

With youth, enthusiasm and plenty of ability, there’s every chance he’ll be making a name for himself in his own right over the coming seasons.

One thing’s for certain... the McCarthy name will continue to be well represented in the Sartan ranks for many years to come.

The team generously donated a Makita lawnmower to our charity raffle, helping us put together a brilliant selection of prizes and, most importantly, raise even more money for Alzheimer’s Society. 💙

Our charity day at Knowle Golf Club brought together more than 150 golfers, guests, sponsors and supporters, with the combined generosity of everyone involved helping us raise an incredible £5,109.

Every raffle ticket purchased and every prize donated played its part in reaching that total, so a massive thank you to Travis Perkins for getting behind the day and supporting our fundraising efforts. 🙌

Trustee and Director of Sartan Golf, Chris Cranshaw has been one of the architects behind the new era of the society, helping shape its growth, partnerships, digital presence and ambition both on and off the course.

On the course, Chris is perhaps one of Sartan's most unpredictable golfers. One week he's barely getting the ball airborne, the next he's launching bullet drives down the fairway, peppering greens and sinking wonder putts from every angle.

Yet despite the occasional confidence crisis and regular hero-to-zero moments, the results are starting to speak for themselves.

A long-time member of Sartan Golf, Crammy is one of those characters who makes every event that little bit better.

With infectious humour, endless banter and the kind of personality that lifts everyone around him, Colin is at the heart of what makes this society so enjoyable.

But don't let the smiles fool you.

Once he steps onto the first tee, the jokes are replaced by sheer determination. Playing off an outstanding handicap, Crammyis a relentless competitor who has all the ability needed to dispatch even the very best golfers in the field.

He's the sort of player you love sharing a round with... until you realise he's comfortably taking your money and your pride.

A superb golfer, a huge personality and a Sartan legend in his own right.
